The 1 Acre grounds at Valley View are multi levelled providing many varied views and leisure areas.Whist Ty Llwy and Fir Tree house have their own private outdoor areas, there are many more relaxing spots to enjoy within the grounds.
The decking area overlooks the small trout pond, which is fed naturally from the waterfall which winds it's way down on the far boundary, and is a favourite place to relax on a Summer's evining with a glass of wine or two!
Other areas of the garden are left to encourage the abundant bird and wildlife...after all...they were here before us!
At the bottom of the garden, say Hi to the ducks!, is direct access onto the Cwm Clydach Bird reserve.
Here you can enjoy many miles of countrysideand riversidewalks, ( the most popular ending up at The New Inn pub!
However you intend to use the grounds, one thing is for sure, the inclines give some of the most stunning views directly accross and down into the small valley below.
and wildlife...after all...they were here before us!
